All orders for wedding stationery from Five Dollar Shake is deemed to constitute acceptance of the following terms and conditions :
All prices listed on this website include VAT at 20% where applicable.
Postage and packing is charged wherever possible at cost.
Delivery date of orders are approximate only and Five Dollar Shake shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the orders however caused.
Failure to deliver the order for any reasons other than any caused beyond Five Dollar Shake's reasonable control or the Customer's fault and Five Dollar Shake is liable to the Customer. Our liability shall be limited to the invoice price of the goods.
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to the customer at the time of delivery or, if the customer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the goods at the time when a nominated carrier attempted delivery of the goods.
The Customer shall upon delivery, examine the goods and shall promptly (but in any event within 5 working days of delivery) notify Five Dollar Shake of any damaged product, defect or shortage.
All designs and general descriptions contained on this website or otherwise provided to the customer are intended for general guidance only and shall not be binding on Five Dollar Shake and are only approximate indications of the type, size or colour of goods and are intended to represent a general idea of the goods described therein and the sales of such goods shall not be reference thereto.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide information and content for their wedding stationery in an agreed digital format by an agreed date. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of content provided. Changes to the digital content after approval by the customer may incur additional costs.
Orders cancelled 6 weeks or less prior to a provisional despatch date are liable for full payment.
Five Dollar Shake will not be held liable to perform our obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (Act of God, explosion, flood tempest, fire or accident, war or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition. Acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of governmental, parliamentary or local authority. Import or export regulations or embargoes. Strikes, lock-outs or any other industrial actions or trade disputes. Difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery).
Goods remain the property of Five Dollar Shake until payment is made in full. Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to make minor changes or substitutions wherever necessary. You may pay by credit/debit card, cheque, or bacs. Cheques should be made payable to Five Dollar Shake Ltd. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, AMEX and debit cards. All Five Dollar Shake products are priced inclusive of VAT.
