Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum order quantity is 25 of each item of stationery, this obviously excludes some ‘on the day’ stationery (e.g. order of service, table numbers/names, table plan, etc.) so contact us if you have any queries.
 
Can I order a sample?
Yes, these will be as an invitation only. They can be ordered within each collection and added to your shopping basket. Unfortunately we cannot personalise these samples to your wedding, however each sample is printed and hand finished to the same high quality as all our final orders.
Each sample is priced at £3.50 (including postage) and a maximum of four samples can be requested. If you decide to order with us, the cost of one sample will be refunded just prior to final payment.
Sample invitations will be dispatched to a UK address within 2-3 working days of an order being placed.
 
How long will my order take?
We aim to complete all wedding stationery orders within three weeks of your final proof confirmation. If you make us aware of any deadlines we can try our best to work towards these dates with you.
 
Are envelopes included?
Envelopes are included with all invitations, save the dates, RSVPs and Thank You cards, in either a matching white or ivory colour to the design chosen. If you would like an alternative coloured envelope we can supply these to match your chosen scheme in whatever colour you require. Please contact us for more details and prices.
 
Can we choose a font?
We will recommend a font to compliment the collection chosen, however if you would like to see any alternatives we have a huge selection to choose from that we can email to you.
 
Can I see a proof?
Of course you can. We are happy to email you PDF’s of your artwork for any item of stationery so you can view on screen or print off at home to check all your details.
 
What should I be looking for on my proof?
It is essential you check your proofs very carefully. Make sure all the details of your day (time, date, location, address, etc.) are correct and all spellings, colour, font and spacing are as requested.
 
Can we print in a different language?
Yes of course! We would need the text supplied by email along with any specific layout requests. We do not accept any responsibility for any spelling or grammatical errors made in the original text supplied – so please check your proof carefully.
 
Do I need to pay for all my stationery at once?
No. Different stationery items will be required at various times. For example, your save the date cards may be required 12 months prior to your wedding day, whereas thank you cards will be needed after the event.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
All our wedding stationery is printed bespoke for you and your wedding, so we require full payment when your order is placed.
 
How do I pay for my order?
We require full payment before commencing print on any order. Payment can be made by BACs, cheque, PayPal or credit/debit card. Payment can also be made through the website when initially ordering your stationery with a credit/debit card or through PayPal.
 
How is my order delivered?
We use UPS and Royal Mail to deliver all our orders (dependant on size and location) so everything will require a signature upon arrival. We can deliver to your home, work or family and friends – whatever is convenient for you.
Each individual delivery to a UK address is priced at £7.50.
 
Will you ship outside of the UK?
We can ship your order of wedding stationery anywhere in the world. For orders delivered within the UK please check our delivery charges, for any orders delivered outside of the UK we will quote you accordingly. The price varies on the location and size and weight of the order.
 
What if I haven’t ordered enough invites?
We advise you order extras in your initial order to avoid any delays in waiting for further invites, however should this still not be enough we can supply you with as many (or few) as you need as quickly as we can (minimum order doesn’t apply).
 
Can you do rush orders?
If you have left your invitations to the last minute please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to help as best we can.
 
Would you consider a bespoke/custom design order?
If you feel one of our collections isn’t suitable for your day but would still love Five Dollar Shake to create your stationery, we would be happy to discuss any ideas you have to achieve the perfect design! Please contact us for a bespoke quote.
 
Can I cancel my order?

A member of our bespoke design team undertakes the design work of each order. Once this process has begun, we would require you to cover the cost of any work already completed by us, a refund of any balance can then be issued. Once you have received your wedding stationery we cannot accept returns.
